At Shalimar Shoes, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process, ensuring complete peace of mind with every purchase.

Return Period

We proudly offer a 14 days refund on eligible items, provided they are returned in their original condition.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return through our online system or contact our Customer Support team between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, BST) at:

Return Conditions

  • All items must be unworn, unused, and returned in the condition they were received
  • Original packaging and invoice must be included
  • Returns with damaged boxes or worn footwear may not qualify for a refund or exchange
  • Sale Promotion Returns & Exchanges

During sale or promotional periods:

  • Exchanges or refunds are not permitted for changes in style, colour, or size

  • Exchanges may be processed after the sale period ends, subject to stock availability

  • Stock availability cannot be guaranteed over the phone

Bags, Accessories & Jewellery

  • Bags and accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty
  • For hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless faulty
  • Clearance Items

Items purchased at 51% discount or more are considered clearance stock and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Managing Your Returns Online

To return an item online:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select “Return Support”
  3. Complete the return request

Please ensure the item is returned along with the completed returns form. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

If items are found to be damaged, worn, or soiled, the return may be rejected.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

All return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 working days and credited to the original payment method.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please log in to your account and submit a request via “Return Support”, or contact our Customer Service team with:

  • Order number
  • Name and address
  • Reason for return
  • Preference for refund or exchange

In such cases, Shalimar Shoes will cover the return postage, provided proof of postage is supplied.

If an exchange is not possible, we will notify you via email.

Wear & Tear Disclaimer

We ensure that all products meet durability standards appropriate to their design and intended use. Some items are designed primarily for indoor or occasional wear, and natural wear and tear does not constitute a manufacturing fault.

Decorative elements such as rhinestones or sequins may loosen over time due to normal use. This is a characteristic of the embellishment process and not a defect. Where applicable, spare embellishments are provided with the product. We are unable to accept liability for embellishments loosening due to normal wear.
