UK Delivery Notice

Customers can choose from the delivery options below at checkout.
Please note: 98% of next-day deliveries are successfully delivered on time.

Delivery Options

(Each additional pair for UK & International orders is charged separately)

Important Delivery Information

• A tracking email will be sent once your order is dispatched.

• Tracking is available for all orders, including Channel Islands.

• Customers are responsible for all customs and duty charges applied in their country (including Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland).

• We do not ship to Africa, Russia, Ukraine, Hong Kong, or Malaysia due to ongoing courier issues.

• Deliveries are made during daytime hours and usually require a signature. If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place.

• Please provide a valid daytime contact number when placing your order.

• If your parcel does not arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch, please contact us immediately. Claims cannot be processed after this period.

Next Day Delivery – How It Works

• Orders placed by 7:00 AM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 7:00 AM will be delivered on the next working day.
• Orders placed after 7:00 AM on Friday or during weekends will be delivered on Tuesday.
• Next Day Delivery is not available for certain products and postcodes.

(Jersey and Guernsey are also excluded from Next Day Delivery)

If an Item Is Not Available for Next Day Delivery

In rare cases, stock may need to be transferred from a retail store, which may delay dispatch by up to 24 hours.

Stock Availability

99.9% of items listed online are available for Next Day Delivery.
However, stock availability may vary. You may contact us for confirmation before ordering.

BFPO / PO Box Delivery

We do deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses.
Next Day Delivery is not available for these addresses.

Courier Service

All parcels are delivered via Royal Mail.

Order Dispatch Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

If your parcel does not arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch, please contact us immediately.

Billing & Delivery Address

Yes, your billing and delivery addresses can be different.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered at checkout.

Signature on Delivery

A signature may be required.
If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place and leave a calling card.

Customs & Duties

Customs or duty charges may apply depending on your country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient.

Worldwide Delivery

We deliver worldwide except to:
Russia, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and some parts of Africa, due to courier restrictions.
