Shalimar Rewards ("the Programme") is a loyalty scheme operated by Shalimar Shoes, 286 Green Street, London E7 8LF ("we", "us"). By creating an account and participating, you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility. The Programme is open to customers aged 16 or over with an account on shalimarshoes.co.uk. It applies to online purchases made at shalimarshoes.co.uk only. Purchases made in our Green Street store do not earn points and vouchers cannot be redeemed in store.
2. Earning points. Points are earned as displayed in the rewards panel on our website, based on the amount paid after discounts and excluding delivery charges. Points may take up to 24 hours to appear.
3. Refunds and cancellations. If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points earned on it are deducted. If a reward voucher was used on a refunded order, the voucher is not reissued.
4. Redeeming points. Points can be exchanged for reward vouchers as shown in the rewards panel. Vouchers carry a minimum spend of £20, cannot be combined with other discount codes, are not valid on clearance items discounted by 51% or more, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Expiry. Points expire 12 months after your last purchase. Vouchers expire on the date stated when issued.
6. Fair use. We may suspend or close accounts and cancel points or vouchers where we reasonably believe there has been abuse of the Programme, including creating multiple accounts, fraudulent orders or resale of vouchers.
7. Changes and closure. We may change the earning rates, rewards or these terms, or close the Programme, at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give notice on our website and honour vouchers already issued for their stated validity.
8. Personal data. Programme data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. General. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
