Shipping and Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom. International delivery is available to selected countries, with prices shown in your local currency at checkout.

UK delivery

• Free standard delivery on UK orders over £80
• Standard delivery on orders under £80 is charged at the rate shown at checkout
• Next day delivery is available on selected items, order before the cut off shown at checkout

Standard UK orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

Click and collect

You can choose Collect in Store at checkout and pick your order up from 286 Green Street, London E7 8LF free of charge. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

Preorder items

Some items are available to preorder before stock arrives in store. Where this applies it is shown clearly on the product page along with the expected arrival date. Preorder items are dispatched as soon as the stock lands.

International delivery

Delivery times and costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your address. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay us.

Tracking and problems

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

International delivery — import charges

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom (including the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the USA) may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and a carrier handling fee in the destination country. These charges are set and collected by the destination country's customs authority or the delivery carrier, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to calculate them in advance.

If an international parcel is refused, or import charges are not paid and the parcel is returned or destroyed, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and any return postage or carrier fees charged to us will be deducted from any refund of the items. Where a parcel is destroyed by the destination authority rather than returned, we are unable to offer a refund.
