Prices are shown in pounds sterling by default and include VAT where applicable. You may view prices in other currencies using the currency selector. Prices shown in other currencies are converted at prevailing rates and the amount finally charged may vary slightly depending on your card issuer.
We try to ensure all prices are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.
We take care to describe our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and handmade items such as khussa and Peshawari styles may have small natural variations. These are a feature of the craft, not a fault.
Stock is shared between our shop and this website. Occasionally an item may sell in store before your online order is picked. If this happens we will contact you and refund you in full.
Your rights to cancel, return and obtain a refund are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.
